Social Responsibility

With the primary social purpose of working with and advocating for First Nations individuals and families who have experienced legislated historic sex-based discrimination, the Experts live to bring awareness and share knowledge of Indigenous Ways of Knowing and Being as they are understood through a traditional lens, in a way that is consistent with Article 9 of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples which states:

"Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right to belong to an indigenous community or nation, in accordance with the traditions and customs of the community or nation concerned. No discrimination of any kind may arise from the exercise of such a right."
